2.Quality Policy Statement

It is Kew Computers Ltd’s intention to be the chosen partner for the provision of new and used computer peripherals and parts to the European maintenance market. In our quest for this we undertake to provide all customers with a high level of service.

It is our policy to endeavour to meet all our customers requirements and to ensure that our objectives, we set ourselves, are met.

To ensure that these objectives are met we have implemented a Quality Management System that complies with ISO9001. This enables us to review our policy, objectives and methods and to make improvements wherever and whenever possible.

All members of staff are fully aware of their responsibilities and are committed to the objectives of the company.

3.Communication of Policy

This Quality Policy is available to all staff on the internal network.  New starters, as part of their induction training, are made aware of the policy.  Copies will be provided to external service providers employed by the company.
